1.  What is TenderDirect ? 
TenderDirect is a tendering system that creates, manages and produces tenders for owners, contractors and suppliers. It is a centralised gateway repository for all Government, Semi-Government and Private tenders.

2. How does it work ?
Owner members can enter tender information into TenderDirect which provides comprehensive management and processing. Contractor members receive tender notices specific to their category and requirement automatically through Fax, E-mail or Web.

3. How much does it cost ?
TenderDirect for Contractors is a subscription form costing between RM30 to RM60 per month. Click here for  rates and other membership detail.

TenderDirect for Owners is provided on either on ASP (pay as you use) or through software purchase more into user.

4.  Where are the sources of tenders ?
Tenders are sources from all national newspapers, online tender websites and direct from owners, example Jabatan Kerja Raya, Ministries, other government, semi government and private. More info.

5.  How secure is it ?
TenderDirect is accessible by secure login process of user id and password which is issued upon signing up. TenderDirect uses full secured encryption as well as provides customers with  digital certificate from Trustgate Authentication.

We are targeting marketing efforts to 40,000 CIDB and 25,000 PKK contractor.

14. Why do I get tenders that are not related to my requirement ?
  Because some tenders are not specific enough, it appear on your list of tenders. If you think you are receiving too many unrelated tenders, please contact customercare@tenderdirect.com.my to modify your selection.

16. Is there any payment required for the tender information ?
  The service is free of charge to Government as it is fully supported by the Malaysian Government under the Government's Electronic Procurement Programme. We only charge transaction fees and software copyright.
