Dato' Dr. Bernard Wang - PJN, JMN, KMN
BA (Econ.), Ph.D (Bldg.), FCIOB, FSCA, FIArbA., FIMC.

Datuk Dr. Bernard Wang has more than 40 years experience in the field of construction and development, both as a builder and a management consultant.

In 1989 the Chartered Institute of Building United Kingdom conferred on Datuk Dr. Wang an Honorary Life Membership of the Institute, a prestigious award given to eminent people in the construction industry around the world. The Master Builders Association Malaysia, bestowed on him the distinctive and esteemed award of 'Honorary Builder' May 2000.

Datuk Dr. Wang has published and presented many papers all over the world. He is currently the President of the Chartered Institute of Building malaysia, Honorary Builder of the Master Builders Association Malaysia, Past-President and Council Member of the Institute of Management Consultants Malaysia, Member of the Board of Trustees of Institute Sultan Iskandar of Urban Habitat & Highrise, University Technology Malaysia and Member of the Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia.

He was awarded the honour of KMN, JMN and PJN by His Majesty, the King of Malaysia in 1971, 1992 and 2000 respectively.

Ir. Rocky Wong

Ir. Rocky Wong has been in the Electrical Industry for the last 35 years as an Engineer in charge of Procurements. He was former President of Professional Bodies including Association of Consulting Engineers(ACEM), FACE, ASPEC. He is also Former Executive Committee of FIDIC (1992-1996). Currently he is the Managing Director of JS Mahir Sdn. Bhd., Technical Advisor of TEEAM, Chairman of SWO (Standard Writing Organisation) of TEEAM on behalf of TEEAM for SIRIM. The recently represented FIDIC for Asian Development Bank for fight against corruption.

Hj. Subhi Sayuti

Hj. Subhi Sayuti has been in the Telecommunications Industry for 40 years. As a Chief Operation Officer(COO) of Telecom Malaysia Bhd. He has developed and operated CASS (Customer Automated Service System)a software that has been sold to Thailand and Hong Kong. He was also involved in organising numerous major tenders for Telecom Malaysia Bhd during his tenure while managing the day-to-day operation of one of Malaysia's largest corporations.

Mr. C.C. Wong

C.C. Wong is an Asia's oil and gas pioneer who bringing oil trading from New York and London to Singapore. While building the petroleum products trading industry in Asia. From there, he went upstream into construction of fuel and petroleum delivery systems in Sudan, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Turkey/ Iran. He is strongly connected with the Chinese Government and has been appointed by the Chinese Government to invest in China.

Dr. Hj. Mohammed Thalha

Dr. Thalha is a prominent and respected practitioner and academic in the field of Town Planning and Education for thirty years. Dr. Hj. Thalha holds a Ph.D in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin and brings with him a deep interest and sincere desire to contribute positively in the development of educational and professional growth in the industry.

He has been since 1995, a consultant member within the ISIS Study Team employed by the Technical and Vocational Education Division by the Ministry of Education in a Polytechnic development Study to assist and guide the rational development of the Polytechnic system of education in Malaysia.

Dr. Hj. Mohammed Thalha was Executive Director of the Workers Institute of Technology for 12 years where initiated and directed the turnaround of that institution from a loss-making organisation into a dynamic, market driven and financially viable institution.

Haji Aminar Rashid Salleh

Haji Aminar has a Civil Engineering and Business Administration degree and carries a wealth of experience in corporate affairs. He has professional memberships of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BE), the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (EM), the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and the Malaysian Society for Training and Development (AMSTED).

Tuan. Hj. Aminar is currently General Manager (HR) at UMW Toyota Sdn Bhd, where he is involved in areas of Change Management, Human Resource Management & Development, Project Management and Property Management.

Dato' Othman Bin Abdul
Dato' Othman Bin Abdul is active in the Construction and Building Industry. He is prominently involved in social organisations such as the Mara Foundation of Education. He also has 8 years of experience as a Parlimentary Secretary in the Prime Minister's Department.

Dato' Othman is an alumnus from University Kebangsaan Malaysia, majoring in sociology. He is also a Director for many companies, such as Kurnia Damai Sdn Bhd, Kurnia Leisure Sdn.Bhd and formerly Director of MBF Card Services.

Larry Law - CEO

Larry Law has been in the building & construction industry for the last 20 years. He has been involved in projects and implementation and promotion of equipment and systems in waste water, sewerage, incineration and the electrical industry. His broad ranging practical industry experience is strengthened by his strong administrative and organisational skills.

Nabil Kannan - CIO

Nabil has 17 years of computer programming and design experience and began writing commercial software while doing Engineering studies in Singapore. With extensive knowledge of programming, database design, systems and interface design with projects for Sarawak Shell Bhd.. MCIS, Malaysian Bar Council and the Ministry of Health, among others. He also co-founded a communication design company specialising in Government Privatisation Projects and completed jobs for such corporations and agencies such as Renong, Faber, MMC, AMDB, and Malaysian South Corporation, Electrolux Medical Systems.

Manimohan M - CTO

Manimohan has been involved in the IT industry for the last 13 years. A self-professed 'techno-geek', he is constantly in touch with the trends and technologies of the day. Along with his technical strength, he also brings his 22 years of working experience in various capacities and spanning several industry areas to the task of making technology work to solve practical problems.

Yee Chee Ho

Aged 30, joined TDSB in September 2000. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He brings with him more than 6 years of experience in the area of finance where he began his career in an international public accounting firm before joining a national conglomerate in a senior finance position.
